Working as a Meat Process Worker at Harvey Beef, you will perform various roles, each contributing to the efficient processing of our premium beef products.

Packer and Laborer

• Pack meat products with precision and attention to detail
• Adhere to Quality Control Checks to maintain product integrity

• Skillfully label products for distribution
• Identify and categorize different cuts of beef for packing
• Operate Cryovac Machinery
• Perform general laboring tasks as needed

Chiller Hand

• Skillfully mark carcasses and perform precise cutting using handheld circular saws
• Engage in heavy manual handling when pushing carcasses
• Empty chillers on both sides simultaneously
• Manage the movement of hooks along rail systems
• Scan carcass identification labels using handheld scanners
• Safely execute work procedures and activities
• Foster constructive and cooperative working relationships with team members
• Report all incidents or hazards promptly without delay
